It’s been a rocky journey with plenty of bumps in the road.

Deadlines and headlines.

Flares and scares.

Tears and fears.

Yet tonight team ARC is still standing.

And…………..

Their smoked-kingfish is mouthwatering, their rabbit-confit ambrosial, the yoghurt pannacotta like nectar
