“C’mon, its not that funny,” Connor insisted, drowned out by Helen’s hysterical laughter. This was supposed to be a peaceful summit, a neutral spot for both sides to come together. And Professor Cutter’s wife was laughing at the movie before it was half an hour into the film?

“Appearantly ta her it is,” Abby said.

“They’re shooting a tyrannosaur. How is that funny?”

“I’m with Connor,” Nick said once he’d finished chewing his popcorn.

Helen stopped laughing long enough to say, “Time,” and chortled for a bit.

Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea, Connor thought, to have rented ‘A Sound Of Thunder’ after Professor Cutter said she liked the short story.
