There was a reason Lester usually didn't stick around when Ryan had to reprimand any of the men under his command.

Not because it didn't concern him.

Rather because how Ryan using his 'I'm your commanding officer, don't mess with me' voice affected him.

He shivered thinking about it.

There was something about that tone that made him want to give into the primitive urge to bare his neck in surrender.

Ryan knew of course.

A smirk, raise of an eyebrow, eyes full of promise of what was to come when they had a night together.

Lester could hardly wait.
