Becker crashed on Abby’s couch for two weeks already. She was used to him by now and actually, he wasn’t that bad a house guest. He cleaned after himself and bought dinner twice a week. She could’ve had it worse with Connor who still was kind of a child.

That night, thunder rumbled, and Sid and Nancy cuddled close to Becker under the blanket.

When Abby came down the stairs in the middle of the night, a lightning illuminated the house shortly. She saw a movement on the couch and turned back around to her room. Becker obviously had company.
