Characters: Cutter, Lester, Ryan, Dr Nicholas Rush (from Stargate: Universe.)
Challenge: 153 Gen.
Rating: G
Summary: The ARC gets an additional scientist on the project.
A/N: Crossover with Stargate: Universe. Although all you need to know is that Dr Rush is a irritable and manipulative Scottish Scientist, who's played by Robert Carlyle.
The sound of two raised voices, their Scottish accents becoming more pronounced the longer the disagreement continues, can be heard several rooms away from Cutter's office.
Walking in to Lester's office, a confused expression on his face, Ryan asks, “Has Cutter lost it and started arguing with himself? Or has Helen sent us another clone?”
“No.” Lester's tone suggests that those options might actually be preferable. “Cutter's just discussing his theories on anomalies with Doctor Rush.”
“The new science bloke?”
“Yes.” Lester sighs. “Whitehall apparently believe that one unpredictable Glaswegian academic called Nick wasn't enough for me to deal with.”
