The night sky was clear away from the city and Becker found himself taking advantage, relaxing against a tree, picking out constellations he half remembered from school.

"It's beautiful, isn't it," Cutter startled him.

"Professor..." Becker moved to stand.

"Nick... but don't let me disturb you," Cutter said. "I'll leave you to your stargazing."

"If you wanted to join me... Nick..." Becker murmured.

Cutter smiled. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah... besides, you can probably name more constellations than me."

Cutter laughed and sat - almost close enough to feel his body heat - beside Becker. "I was never good at physics..."
