"Breathe!" Ryan ordered

Lester drew in as deep a breath as he could manage but it wasn't enough.

Ryan grasped his chin, forcing James to look at him.

"Follow my breathing, you'll be fine."

In. Out. In. Out

Eyes locked.

Eventually Lester's breathing became more steady, small hitches here and there.

"That's it, luv. You're doing good."

After a few more minutes he gently asking what happened.

"I used to have panic attacks, then I would be terrified of not being able to breathe." Lester replied, clearly embarrassed."

"Nothing to be ashamed of James, I swear."

Lester started to relax.
