I think the official spoiler policy is up to two weeks after the new series has finished airing in the UK, so technically we're now past the time when you need to warn for series 4 spoilers. Nevertheless, spoiler warnings are still appreciated, even if not strictly necessary, especially for those in countries outside the UK where it has yet to finish.
