James Lester has received his fair share of bruises.
He'd been stuck in charge of a bizarre new organisation that no one else wanted instead of being promoted to more glamorous positions.
He was later betrayed by his assistant, who had ordered a deadly creature to attack him.
His operation had been shut down after half his team went missing, and later reopened where he had to appease a smug corporate investor.
But no matter how many times they knock him over, James Lester always gets back on his feet. He may flinch, but they will never keep him down.
