Drabble 1
Title: Reasons I want you

Authors Notes: The twist is just part of my characterization. If you don't like it, don't hate!

'Reasons I want you.' That was the note's title and the page then listed 15 things Sarah liked about Becker, ranging from just how darn attractive she found him to the butterflies in her stomach he smiled at her. Her favourite reason on the list had to be that because just for once, she wanted to follow what her heart was telling her to do. She snuck it into his pocket, and he later found it as he was doing his washing.
Becker stared at it for a long time, completely crestfallen.
No one had ever taught him to read.

Lester growled as the 'new mail' icon popped up in the corner of his screen. Connor again, as it had been all day. He'd been irritating him with “What's for dinner?” and “Don't blame Nancy for eating your work!”.
Lester groaned and opened it only to be pleasantly surprised. “I'm sorry, didn't mean to annoy you. Get home and relax - I'll cook tonight. Enjoy your tea. Connor.”
At that moment, there was a knock at the door and one of his assistants walked in, placing a cup of tea on his desk. He supposed Connor wasn't really all that bad...

Danny had been working at the Arc for three months when an assistants brought a late bundle of post over to him. Six letters. All of them from his son in Australia. Danny felt his heart breaking as he read them. “Mummy says to stop writing to you because you're not going to write back.” The last one said. “I love you, daddy.” Willing the tears away, Danny marched up to Lester's office, letters in hand. “I'm taking two weeks leave. No arguments.” He ordered, chucking them down on the desk and walking out. He had a flight to catch.
