Soot fell down the chimney and a slight breeze moved the stockings to and fro. Sid and Nancy looked up then at each other. “Invader?” Nancy said to Sid. “Protect home!” replied Sid. More soot hit the floor. “Something comes?” chirped Rex from the beams above. Yep , yep. Said the Diictodons. A black boot hit the floor followed by a second, Sid and Nancy rushed forward toppling the intruder as Rex pushed a vase from the top shelf. Abby, roused from her bed by the clatter, looked down at the chaos below and said “SANTA!?” The secret is out!
