Characters/Pairing: James Lester
Lester had been all set to join one of the expeditions through an anomaly, having decided to get a first hand look at what his team did on a day to day basis.
The home office decided it was far too dangerous.
On his desk was a wrapped box with a tag. 'Sorry you couldn't join us.' In Captain Ryan's handwriting.
Lester carefully opened the box, folding back the tissue paper he pulled out the material underneath, shaking it out, he started chuckling.
The t-shirt said: My Team went to the Permian and all I got was this lousy T-shirt.
