Pressing himself against the wall only worked for so long.

He really should have left, but all Lester wanted to do was walk into that room, fall to his knees beside Nick Cutter and stifle the lovely noises Stephen Hart was making, with his lips.

But how could he?

He was their superior. Well, boss. In their own way, both men outclassed him.

Lester wasn't even sure if they liked him, let alone were willing to include him.

It was the best for all concerned if he backed away and forgot all about this moment.

He turned but couldn't leave.
