Title: Foreboding
Word Count: (100)
Rating: 12
Challenge: #164: Bones
Characters/Pairing: James Lester
Warnings: References to 1.6
James Lester wasn't one for foreboding or 'gut feelings', he used observation and logic.
There was no reason for him to have woken up during the night in a cold sweat with an overwhelming feeling of dread.
As he stood near the anomaly, the feeling returned but he couldn't pinpoint why.
He didn't think it was their encounter with a super predator from the future, or the presence of Helen Cutter.
Their plan to return the young predators to the past made sense.
And yet...
He felt something terrible was going to happen. He could feel it in his bones.
