James Lester stood, garnering the attention of the examiner. "Sir, I request that you bring me Cakes and Ale."
"Excuse me?" the examiner, looked stern.
Lester smirked. He'd been planning this for months. His friends egging him on.
"According Sir, to the Laws of Cambridge, as laid down four hundred years ago," Lester said. "Gentlemen sitting examinations may request and require Cakes and Ale."
The burger and cola were a poor replacement, but utterly delightful in face of his schoolmates shock.
It was even worth the fine he received three weeks later, for not wearing his sword to the examination.
