James Lester had a very strict code of conduct, in both his personal and professional life.
He didn't indulge in petty feuds with co-workers or encourage bad blood between the various Ministers as most of his peers did.
He rarely did anything that could be seen as scandalous (his divorce aside, but that had been an amicable and mutual decision)
He never became involved with co-workers, let alone those working for him.
So why now? Why this man?
What was so fascinating about Captain Hilary Becker?
It was as much an anomaly as the rips in time they worked with.
