An unauthorised sequel to deinonychus_1's Hopes and Dreams. Because sometimes family doesn't need to mean bad stuff!



Amanda had her father's eyes. Connor would have been proud. Abby looked at her baby with more love than she had ever felt before.

She felt loved herself. Nick and Stephen had been with her throughout the 21 hour labour. Lester had visited with a very expensive bunch of flowers.

But it was the steady stream of burly men that was causing raised eyebrows among the nurses. The whole of Ryan's team had visited and there was menagerie of stuffed toys to prove it.

'You've got no Father,' Abby told Amanda. 'But you won't lack for uncles.'
