I did lie to Nick.

I had seen my own funeral. I watched hidden inside the church, as a distraught Nick was comforted by my secret lover, his best friend Stephen. God it was pathetic, I’d wanted to laugh, if only Nick knew the truth about us.

One day I will tell him about me and Stephen, but not yet, I am having far too much fun off exploring new worlds. I considered telling Stephen about my discovery and asking him to join me, but our relationship was already crumbling. Stephen felt guilty. I did not.

So I went alone.

Thanks, I am not a big fan of Helen, she just comes across and being so cold and uncaring. But then maybe that's what the writers want us to believe before they throw us the truth.
