Lester sighed into his pillow as his wife ran her hands over his back. It had been one of those days at work, where everything that could go wrong, went wrong. A massage was just what he needed. She always seems to know exactly what he needs, when he needs it. She is the love of his life. The mother of his three children. The good in him. The reason in him. He could be himself around her. No arrogance. No need to yell. Just him, James Lester. She had broke down all his walls. His wife was his rock.

I was actually debating before I posted it, if I was shifting tenses. I have feeling if I post more stuff, you'll find I don't usually get the tense right. :)
